Tap at Salon piva. Aroma sherry, raisins, dried fruits. Almost clear deep amber colour. Stable head. Taste is really intense flavour-wise, dried fruits, prune, raisins, lots of caramel, sweet but not cloying. Balanced, there is an English-like hoppiness, but it stays rather in the background. Late finish comes to be balanced sweet-dry. Excellent beer.

Tap at Salon piva. Aroma strong cherry and spicy. Clear brown colour, stable head. Taste is rather sweet, light sourish, very light tart, lots of cherry well balanced with lots of typical Belgian trippely spicy applish notes. All in all very good and dangerously drinkable considering the ABV.

Tap at Salon piva. Hazy golden colour. Rather strong earthy aroma and it remains in the taste also. Might come from very high rye addition, or low carbonation. Nevermind, the beer is good after all. Moderate bitterness.
