Appearance: cloudy bronze colour, moderate ivory-coloured head of good retention. Good lacing. Aroma: caramel, smoke, dough, fruit jam, dried fruit. Taste: pretty similar, malty, light to medium sweet. Distant hop. Low to light ending hop bitterness. Palate: medium minus body. Average carbonation. Overall: it would have been very basic without that smoke touch. In fact pretty enjoyable.

Tap. Rather brown than amber color. Aroma: sweet, caramel, gingerbread, a little yeast dough, dried fruits, a little smoke. Dense malt taste, caramel, a little smoked, dried fruits and dough, a slight sweetness and yeast sourness.

Appearance: pale amber colour, near to clear, moderate off-white head of medium retention. Aroma: piny hop, citrus fruit, strawberries, ale yeast esters. Taste: light to med sweet and medium bitter. Citrus fruit, pine, distant strawberries. Medium long piny and resiny ending. Palate: light to medium body. Medium to high carbonation. Overall: simple, unambitious. Still a well drinkable APA.

Appearance: foggy deep golden with a moderate white head of average retention. Aroma: biscuit malt, strawberry, some resin and pine. Taste: medium dry, mostly hoppy. Resin and pine, strawberry, grapefruit, malt. Medium plus bitterness. Palate: medium minus body, medium carbonation. Overall: nothing special, decent value.

Appearance: cloudy chestnut brown with a large ivory-coloured frothy head of good retention. Aroma: toasted malt, some roast and coffee, dried banana, a bit spicy. Taste: light sweet and bitter, sourish shades. Dark malt, toast, chocolate, banana, spicy and fruity yeast. Well formed ending hop bitterness. Long hoppy aftertaste. Palate: light to medium body. Average to lively carbonation. Summary: a pretty good Dunkelweizen.

Appearance: opaque deep brown to black with a one finger tall ivory-coloured head of decent retention. Aroma: roast and coffee, cream, chocolate, additional fruity esters. Taste: light to medium sweet start. Intense. Lots of coffee, milk and chocolate. Roased barley. Some hop. Appropriate ending bitterness. Palate: medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: a damned good one.

Additional ending hop. Light bitterness. Hoppy aftertaste. Palate: medium light to medium body. Lively carbonation. Overall: not a highlight I would guess. Just a well-drinkable Hefe.
