Cloudy yellow to orange with a one finger tall white head of low retention. Aroma: dried banana, wheat bread, overripe apples, apple seeds, sherry, distant spicy notes. Taste: medium sweet start delivering malts and dried banana. Mid and end phases are much drier, fruity. Overripe apples, apple seeds, vinous, moderate alcohol. Light bitterness. Palate: medium to full body. Average to lively carbonation. Overall: not the best weizenbock ever, still it is one. And it's not off. It's OK. I so seldom come across this beloved style of mine.
