Unclear pale amber with a tall off-white frothy head. Spicy yeast, phenols, pale malt, apples & pears, citrus zest. Light to medium sweet, light grassy bitterness. Not a star.

Tap. Almost black color, coffee foam. Aroma: sweet and spicy, black bread, fennel and dill, sweet, caramel. Taste: sweet, caramel, black bread, fennel, well, not bad.

Tap. Yellow-gold, hazy. Aroma: sweet, orange, candy, pear, seems like coriander, malty. Taste: sweet, pear, orange, malt, spicy, specific, but okay.

Tap. Almost black, gray foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, dates, chocolate, fortified wine like caramelized Muscat, even a little honey. Taste: dry, caramel, dates and chocolate, a little fortified wine, but overall even unexpectedly not bad.

Tap. Dark gold, slightly hazy, yellow foam. Aroma: strange, dill, spicy, malt, a little pickled cucumber. Taste is no less strange, strong, like malt and something bitter and spicy (chips?), a little dill, extremely specific.

Bottle. Dark red, almost chestnut, with a lace of yellow foam. Aroma: malt, caramel, dried tomatoes, cookies, not much wine. Taste: sweetish, spicy, winey, dried tomatoes, herbs, caramel, dried fruits, actually interesting.
