Draught. Pours cloudy amber with minimal off-white head. Some lacing present. fruity sourness, honey and spices on aroma. Medium body. Creamy mouth feel. Lots of honey sweetness tasting that is belanced by pleasant fresh sourness and low to light bitterness. This is not one-dimensional and cloying like the most meads from this region.

From tap. Muddy bronze, lush off-white head. Good lacing. Lots of lollipop and spicy yeast on nose. Light to medium body. Oily to creamy palate. Rather dry taste. Dried fruit (apples & pears), minimal phenols, light to medium grassy hop bitterness. This beer is very distinct. Its Belgian character is not obvious. Yet it’s a nice unique ale. Feels stronger than 5%.

Tap. Muddy brown, tall beige frothy head. Stays. The aroma is toasted malts, molasses, fruity esters. Light to medium body. Malty flavour. Clean. Light mild hop bitterness. Not bad.

Tap. Hazy amber, moderate off-white head. Low retention. Soursweet aroma with notes of candy, lollypop, dried fruit, fruity acidity of apples & pears. Minimal vinegar. Light to medium body. Velvety oily palate. The flavour is trending towards the sour side. Refreshing fruity acidy. Grapes, champagne, apples. Light spicy bitterness on ending. Very pleasant, clean and different.
