Die Engelbräu wird vom heutigen Besitzer, Felix Widenmayer bereits in der vierten Generation der Familie Widenmayer mit Erfolg geführt. Persönliches Engagement und das solide Handwerk prägen unseren Stil. Denn es gibt Werte die haben immer Bestand: Qualität und Tradition.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is acidic bitter and grassy. Slight sweet malty flavoured, roasted and mild bitter hoppy. Bitter and slight grassy finish.

Bottle, 5.2%. Mild chalky aroma. Clear shiny yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is sourish at first, turning malty and OK dusty. Not past BB date, and not horribly sour, but a little strange, though.

Bottle, 5.0%. Mildly spicy aroma, thin banana note, clove. Hazy yellow colour. OK banana aroma, not spectacular. A little citrus, slightly rough bitterness.

Bottle, 5.4%. Clear brown colour. Nice stable tan head. The flavour is mildly malty, has a little spice from the hops. Not so flavourful for a Dunkel, but clean and OK.

Bottle, 4.9%. Clear pale yellow colour. Small stable chalk white head. The flavour is a little watery, medium bitterness. Slightly rough bitterness, but clean. A faint hint of malt in the finish.

bottle, Danke pivnizub! Clear pale yellow colour with a large white head. Hoppy nose. Shy malty background, resiny hops with hints of grass and hay and a touch of citrus fruit. Dry and hoppy finish, leaving a lingering dry and hoppy mouthfeel.

Bottle. Clove, banana, peach, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange-brown color with moderate head. Sweet orange, peach, banana, clove flavor - light malt. Body on the light side. A nice tasting dunkelweizen with a lighter palate.

Bottle. Citric nose.Pale golden, bubbly, white head. Lightfooted pils, som nice aromatic hops, otherwise a ta thin. Sparkly mouthfeel. Refreshing.

Bottle. Lemon and grass hops aroma. Pale yellow color with minimal head. Hay malt and grass hops flavor. Very different - strong grass/hay flavors dominate.

Bottle. Barley malt and floral grass hops aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Barley malt and strong grass hops flavor. Nice hoppy beer.
