Description
Since 2009, beer has been brewed in Montflours in Mayenne (53). First in the field of amateur brewing, then as a real economic activity with two employees. Whether in high or low fermentation, in single or multi-stage brewing, blondes, ambers or browns come out of the BAM vats. A production today of 400 hl/year between proven recipes and experiments, but always based on raw materials from organic farming. The Nature et Progrès label reinforces this commitment, also in line with the social values ​​that the BAM intends to defend.
