Description
Horus Aged Ales is a 100% barrel aged brewery located in Oceanside, California. We believe in pushing the boundaries on how much beer can evolve through resting in oak by using a variety of different wine and spirit barrels, adding exotic fruits, and fermenting spontaneously. The complexity of the beer portrays our passion for experimentation and patience required to produce such a unique beverage. Horus has been a decade long dream that is finally coming true and we look forward to introducing our exclusive beer to the fine people of San Diego County.

650ml bottle. Sweet and heavy with berry juice concentrate, blackcurrant, raspberries, vanilla and honey, some tartness and hints of oaky wood. Sweet and intense.

Bird Song from Horus Aged Ales

Sweet maple syrup in droves. Get that toasted coconut towards the finish. Reminds me of the Troon Alternate Plumage they collaborated on.

Red Zone and Phightens bottling the series with the Fish. Bird Song whilst waiting for The Birds.

22oz bottle pours out black topped with a small brown head. Nose is great big toasted coconut chocolate rum barrel some nice berries. Taste is amazing toasted nuts berries the rum barrel. Wow this was very good
