Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Amber color. Cake dough, cinnamon and some floral notes in the aroma. Floral, grassy hopbitter flavor. malty sweetish with cinnamon cake. Long earthy grassy hopbitter aftertaste with cardemom. Nice!

Many thanks for this Traditional Franconian beer to Mariusz. Spora piana, miedziana barwa, lekko metne. Zapach zbozowo nalesnikowy. W smaku karmel, zbozowosc, umiarkowana slodkosc, chmielnosc srednia. Fajne, przyjemne i fajna tradycyjna etykieta.

Flaska från Landbierparadis. Gyllenfärgad, aningen disig, med krämigt medelhögt vitt skum. Mjuk och len, krämig munskänsla. Rund smakbild med stora runda och djupa smaker av bröd, lite frukt, hö, örter. Lätt till medelhög beska. Mycket gott.

Bottle. Nice hay, fruity grainy malt, light metallic grassy hop nose. Hazy golden, offwhite cream. Medium body, chewy sparkly, dry. Summerday farm notes, nice fruityness, lightest hint of cabbage, good grassy hops, spice and hay retronasal. Solid beer.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is bready, yeasty, barnyard, moderately grassy. Taste is barnyard, bready, a bit earthy, mineralic, a tiny touch butter, würzig-hearty. Smooth oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Quite moreish, a pleasant surprise!

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Clear chestnut colour, white foam. Sweet nose , notes of bread, light caramal. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter. Not bad, not very good either.

“Schübel Bockbier“, Flasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Helles Goldbraun, schwach trüb. - In der Nase breites, etwas schroffes helles Malz, überreife Frucht, zarte fuselig-scharfe Noten. - Antrunk breit hellmalzig mit angenehm leichter Süße, die von leicht kratziger hopfenwürzig-kräuteriger Herbe gefolgt wird. Zarte Anklänge an Scheuertuch. Mild rezent, der Alkohol blitzt ab und zu scharf hervor. Im Abgang trockene, etwas derbe Hopfenherbe mit leicht muffig-pilziger Note. - Sicher kein Spitzenbock aber durchaus trinkbar. Die zarten Fehlaromen erhöhen interessanterweise noch den Reiz.
