Draught at Ölrepubliken on October 29, 2012Clear straw yellow color, dense white head. Sweet, light fruity, metallic, sort of bitter, cream taste. Dry grainy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness to the dry side. Sweet, malty scent.I had my doubts, but this beer was better than I expected.

Flaska 33 cl från Systembolaget. Blekgul färg. Svag arom av brödig malt. Inte mycket till smak. Eftersmak av neutral torrhet.

Bottle from Systembolaget. No head. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are sweet sugar, apples and more sugar.

500ml can. Pours dark gold with no head. Aroma is alcohol, a little rubber and orange squash. Taste has some rubber and orange to start. Heavy, sticky alcohol finish.

Can. Clear yellow/light golden liquid with small white head. Aroma of biscuit, plastic, bread, cooked vegetables and grass. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of booze (in a 4.5% beer? Fail) and biscuit. Light bodied with high carbonation. Not so bad, but not good either.

Can. Clear, yellow liquid with small white head. Aroma of sweet throw up, cooked vegetables, ethanol, grain, metal and medicinal alcohol. Wow, just so bad. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of burning alcohol, corn and cooked vegetables. Could barely down this, just foul. Light bodied with high carbonation. The big question is, why?!

Malty, sweet, grainy, hints of vegetables and butterscotch scent. Sweet, some esters, sort of fruity, dryish finish taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness.
