Hazy yellow with a frothy, white head. Bubblegum aroma. Yeasty white bread. Taste is bittersweet. Mildly bitter finish. Decent Weizen.

2.5 ist schon hart. Auf der Getreidigkeits-Malzsüsse-Skala eine 5. Hopfen kommt durch, bleibt aber Malzlimo.

33cl bottle courtesy of Erzengel, thanks! A clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dark caramelized malt, brown malt, yeast. Taste of mid sweet dark brown caramelized malt, toffee. Moderate bitterness.

deep dark brown colour, large, dense brown head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of dark chocolate, dried sour cherry, roasted nuts, some tobacco and slight vanilla notes; taste of dark chocolate, dried sur cherry again, some syrupy-burnt sugary sweetness, heavy roasted nuts, dark berries (like blackcurrant) and rye bread crust; very good beer!

Fruity hot, very refreshing. Full bodied, not too sweetish. Nice herbal ginger, fruity with a hot refreshing ginger aftertaste.

*Bottle from their bottle-shop in Herisau. Great fruity beginning. Lemon, orange, pine and resin. Great floral fruity overlay, fresh beer in the back, highly sessionable with a moderate bitterness in the end.
