bottle from Blaser Kreuzlingen. Deep brown, almost black, with a tall, creamy beige head. Chocolatey with roasetd malts, shy coffee hints, well balanced sweetness, not too dry.

bottle from Blaser Kreuzlingen. Golden yellow, mid-sized white head, fruity nose. Medium-bodied, malty background, good fruity hoppy flavours with a shy resiny touch.

12.10.2019 - 0.5l bottle at chaeserrugg, 7.50 fr, bb 08.02.2020. pours a cloudy pale golden with a huge head. aroma of cloves, caramel, banana, bubble gum. flavour of caramel, hay, yeast, orange juice and zest, banana. maybe I'm too thirsty, but it is quite nice and aromatic

Die typische Bananennote, die schöne trübe Farbe, ein eher grober Schaum. Eine vortreffliche Schweizer Alternative zu Schneider & Co!

Bouteille (Grüezi am See!): Golden, hazy, medium-sized and quite stable white head, mild dryish bitter-sweet aroma of grains and herbal hops, distinctive mineralic background; mild to moderate dry bitter flavour, quite light bodied; lingering dry herbal-bitter finish with a certain tartness in the aftertaste. No glory, monotonous, but drinkable...

Many thanks to David for sharing this bottle. Neutral grainy beginning. Malty with a moderate bitterness, refreshing grainy with a neutral aftertaste.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy orange golden beer with a small white lacing. Aroma of coriander, spices and wheat. Taste of coriander, pepper, yeast. Nice Pizza beer.
