Sweet and yeasty malty aroma with a grainy and apricot-fruity touch, accompanied by shy floral and herbal hoppy notes. Sweet flavour, yeasty and grainy, also subtle fruity taste, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderately dry, yeasty and slightly hoppy finish. Smells pretty good, the rest is rather average. 24.X.07

Bottle (thanx to Allen!): Golden, big and stable white creamy head; sweetish-grainy nose with a distinctive "woody" hoppy aroma; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; slightly lingering hoppy and sweet-malty finish. Good and spicy brew.....
