Bottled (from bierzwerg.de, found in an old box). Yellowish golden colour with a longlasting small head, that also leaves some lace. Aroma is bready malts, grains, some slight herbal and wooden notes as well as mild earthyness. Flavour is rather similar in a pleasant balance.

Cloudy yellow to orange beer with a white head. Fruity aroma and taste. Typical Hefeweizen.

0.5l bottle @ local pub Monfalcone, Italy. A light hazy hefe-colored one with a big lasting fluffy hefe-head. Not extreme on the aroma, some clean wheaty tones, a little bit of banana and peppery yeast as well. It's average to lively carbonated and it has a somewhat thin and almost watery texture. Flavors a bit watery, wheat is here also present and clean, it gives away quite a dry mouth after it's down the throat. Well, not all that really, and I see the bottle is just about to expire as well. Still, after 9 hours and only carlsberg lager all day, it tasted quite alright with something else. 17.05.2012

Aroma is bready with some hop and light fruit. Taste is bready sweetness with a bitter, hoppy, dry finish. Mouthfeel is light and somewhat creamy.

Bottle looks not so good, doesnt really fit to a weizenbock. Beer in the glass brownish, short living head. Starts strong, fine malty-yeasty, not too dry. Hints of caramel and dried fruits. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Good!
