Bottle from a smoked sausage and cheese stall in the same market hall as Heidenpeters. Deep gold with a thin head. Aroma is sweet malt and grain. Aroma is syrupy, a little burn from the alco, spicy and dry at the finish.

Bottle from a smoked sausage and cheese stall in the same market hall as Heidenpeters. Drank it with the sausage and cheese and they worked well. Clear golden with a minimal head. Aroma is fruity malt. Flavour is lemon zest, grainy on an oily base. Finish is slightly sour bitter.

Herber, leicht alkoholischer Beginn. Süßlich, hellmalzig, etwas erdig. Das Bier bleibt süßlich herb, die Würzigkeit nimmt zu. Herb-blumig, zum Ende nochmla alkoholisch. Typischer heller Bock. 8/10/10/9/8/9

Im süßlichen Antrunk ist das Karamellmalz führend, außerdem ist der Hopfen aromatisch vorhanden. Weniger wichtig aber dennoch erwähnenswert ist die Herbe, die sich permanent im Hintergrund aufhält. Das Grundaroma bleibt so erhalten, Malz und Hopfen harmonieren, das malzige Aroma wird zum Ende hin stärker und überflügelt den Hopfen. Würziges und süffiges Lager – gelungen! 7/9/9/9/8/9

[33cl bottle] Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet and strawy malty nose with a light touch of sour dough. Light-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a medium carbonation. Strawy malty and slightly chalky taste, moderately dry, soft malty with shy grassy hoppy notes [29.X.08].
