Keg at the brewery, Ventspils. Lightly hazy very pale yellow, no head. Tart apples with notes of birch leaves. Tart with light body and clean mouthfeel. Apple carts, slight birch. No bitterness.

Keg at the brewery, Ventspils. Dark brown, small head. Aroma of chocolate and mild sulphur. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate, caramel and licorice. Mid bitter finish.
