Bottled, thanks Bov! Ruby colour. Loads of citric acid in the nose. Sweet and clean with sharp mouthfeel. Really poor.

[At Fete de la Biere 2004, Lausanne] An opaque black beer with a fine light brown head. The aroma is of chocolate and coffee. The flavor is of chocolate, coffee, and roasted bread before a dry end sets in. A great flavor. The hops used in this one is Nothern Brewer.

[At Fete de la Biere 2004, Lausanne] A hazy orange beer with a fine lasting white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander and apples. The flavor contains lots of apples besides sweet malt. The end is very dry.

[At Fete de la Biere 2004, Lausanne] A hazy pale yellow beer with a fine head. The aroma is sweet with notes of citrus and an odd note. The flavor is sweet with loads of lemon, but also a sourness, as if it is over the top or is it the wheat content? The end is very dry.

Bottled. Thanks to a clever friend who put the small exploding bottle inside a big beer mug when it erupted upon opening there was actually enough beer left to sample. Muddy brown colour. The fizzing eruption left the remaining beer absolutely flat. Yeasty and unpleasantly plastic nose. Acidic thin body, and a luckily tasteless finish.

Dark color, brownish head, creamy but not persistent. Some roasted malt aroma, pretty strong yeast, grains, hay. Dry, rather pleasant roasted malt, but too strong yeast flavor. Palate in the line with the rest.
The only one that I save from these homebrewers.

2011-07-17, parallel with Tempête du Désert, bb 2012-06, 5-3-6-2-11= 27
Hazy deep blond color, darker than the Tempête du Désert. The aroma is mild, but just yeasty, and dusty. The body is lean, the mouthfeel is sweetish; simple malt flavor, with strong yeast presence, some honey trace, light fruity touch; the bitterness is medium-low. Not offensive like the first batches, but still too much homebrew-style.

Light amber color, with red shades; poor head. Original aroma, fruity (banana...). Poor flavors (some malt and fruitness, banana...). Forgettable palate.
Sad.

Light amber color, with red shades; frothy head. Strange aroma, sweet; some yeast. Unpleasant flavor, bad mix, nearly rotten, with a hint of liquorice at the end. Poor final.
Sad.

I didn"t experience any explosion, but anyway I would not ask for more than 4cl ;o)

Light amber color, poor head. Pretty strong floreal hoppy aroma, and a bit honeyish. Weak mouthfeel, too bitter (too long hop infusion), more similar to a herb tea or camomile.
Poor, if not for the quite rare aroma.
