Sampled on draft at Zeno’s in State College this cider poured a bright golden color with a small soapy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was woody with a light tart apple presence. The flavor was tart apples, semi sweet and woody with a light bourbon presence that enhances without overwhelming. Medium length finish. Medium body. Alcohol very well contained. Interesting.
