On tap at the Brewery sat outside in the Biergarten, stop number 4 on our beer cycle jaunt, Saturday 31st July 2021. Pours hazy gold with a white head, malty and with some cereal but actually I think that this is a bit riddled with Diacetyl, popcorn noted, not great, but not on the nose and not something that Loz agrees with, though she is not a fan of the beer.

Pours dark chestnut brown with a slim cappuccino coloured head, soft moutheel, caramel and chocolate on the nose and in the mouth, residual sweetness carries on through. Good but perhaps would be better to try this on a Winter's day.

“Adlersberg Vollbier hell“, Flasche. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase sauber gerstig-brotiges helles Malz und feine hopfenwürzige Herbe. - Antrunk sortentypisch fein hellmalzig mit Weißbrot, milder kräuteriger Hopfenherbe und matten Zitrusnoten. Sehr dezente Malzsüße. Milder rezent. Im Abgang leichte zitrusfruchtige Herbe. - Sauberes Helles, für meinen Geschmack etwas flach aber sehr solide. (1.5.2019.)

“Adlersberger Zwicklbier“, vom Faß auf dem Adlersberg. - Goldgelb, trüb, zählebiger Schaum. - In der Nase schön brotiges helles Malz, milde Hefe und milde aber aromatisch hopfenwürzige und kräuterige Herbe. - Antrunk brotig-süßlich und getreidig hellmalzig. Sehr milde aber frische kräuterige Hopfung im Hefeschleier. Milder rezent, vollmundig, weich. Rund orangenfruchtig-hopfenherber Abgang. - Angenehmes Zwickel, für mich etwas zu süß.

Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Aroma is minimal with light grass and a hint of caramel.

50cl bottle.. A almost clear amber beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of dry grainy and mild caramelish malt. Taste of mild caramelish malt, nuts, cereals, bread, mild bitterness, Nice!

Bottle. Amber-golden color with big eggshell head. Aroma is pale malts, pears. Taste is pear, a bit tart, pale malts. Medium carbonation. Quite nice, but it might not be intended this way.
