Sample during the brewery opening on 07/25/2013. The beer pours a slightly hazy golden-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, grainy malt and a bit of pine. The finish is a little thin for a IIPA, leaving a grapefruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light to medium body with flavors of piney hops, sweet bready malt and citrus. The finish is mildly hoppy up front with a sweet malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample during the brewery opening on 07/25/2013. Pours a murky orange-amber color with a medium thin light beige head that recedes quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, malt and bananas. Medium-bodied and slightly syrupy with flavors of bananas, grainy malt and fruity yeast. The finish is a little thin given the ABV, leaving a ripe fruit aftertaste. Decent overall.

Aroma of roast malt and chocolate. Light-bodied with flavors of roast malt, cocoa and slight hops. The finish is sweet with a chocolate malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
