Bottle at the tasting room during the "Open House - Bottle Release- Mead Tasting" on 04/28/2018. Clear reddish-amber color with no head and touches of legs on the glass. Aroma of cherry, honey and hops. Medium body with flavors of mildly tart cherry, honey and slight piney hops. The finish is fruity with a cherry aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle at the tasting room during the "Open House - Bottle Release- Mead Tasting" on 04/28/2018. Pours a clear pale yellow-gold color with no head and minimal legs. Aroma of fresh peaches, honey and stone fruit. Medium body with flavors of mildly tart peaches, pear and floral honey. The finish is fruity with a sweet-tart peach aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

This Cyser is a clear pale yellow color with a minimal head and spots of legs on the glass. Aroma of chai spice, fruit and honey. Medium body with some effervescence and flavors of sweet and mild spiced chai, a bit of apple and floral honey. The finish is sweet with a chai and nutmeg aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample during "Hillary’s Portland to Columbus Beer & Birthday Bash!" on 01/20/2018. Clear pale yellow color with a minimal head and minimal legs on the glass. Aroma of apple, spice and tropical fruit. Medium body with flavors of mildly tart apple and mango. The finish is fruity with a mango aftertaste. Decent overall.
