On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of bitter citrus and grapefruit with a light grain backbone. Flavor has earthy citrus and grass with a light bitterness and a bit of light grain backing.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours near black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of dark grains with some earthy chocolate and a touch of roasted malts. Flavor has dark grains and roasted malts with some dark fruits supporting.

Growler. Pours a hazy brown with a yellowish brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has lots of roasted malts with light smoke and some dark grains. Flavor has lots of dark grains with a good amount of smoke and roasted malts.

Growler from the brewery. Pours a near clear amber brown with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a lot of bread and a nuttiness to it with just a hint of roast underlying. Flavor begins with bread that grows to have nuts with a hint of earthy roast in the finish.

Growler from the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with a slight amber with a white head that lasts and laces. Aroma has a good amount of pine with backing grass and a hint of a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has a good amount of grains with light grass with a hint of pine.
