Bottle. A lighlty hazy, copper colored beer with a creamy, off-white head of moderates size. Some lacings. Quite pleasant blend of caramel and banana on the nose, some lemon and spices. Quite pleasant flavor too, with caramel and banana in the lead, and a fine bitterness towards the end. Nice bitterness in the finish. Effervescent and medium to full-bodied. A dunkel weizen the way I like it. 111105

Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours clear golden with a small creamy egg white head and lacings. Lively carbonation. A bit of banana , wheat and grain. Medium bodied.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a dense, two-finger white head head that lasts. Surprisingly high levels of banana aroma, some cloves, grass and a touch of lemon. Smooth, nicely carbonated and medium bodied. The flavor is a bit more bananaish than I would like it, but it’s quite pleasant anyway. Well, too heavy on the banana, but I like it, at least considering it’s a Kristall. 111105
