17/6/2018. Bottle from Evin, Helle. As Stolzer Hahn. Pours clear pale gold with a small just off-white head. Aroma of corn, malt, fruit, cardboard and washing up liquid. Medium sweetness with moderate bitterness. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation. Not great.

Bottle from a shop in Halle, called Stolzer Hahn. Crystal clear bright yellow color small white head. Papery pepper aroma Taste has more paper and some pepper as well. Is Stolzer Hahn the same as the Premium Pils? Not sure but pretty close.

Bottle from Quelle, Sangerhausen. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 110717

Bottle, thanks Koelschtrinker! Brown color with tan head. Aroma is brown sugar, rusty nails, cardboard. Taste is sugary, cardboard, bready. Low carbonation. Quite bad, unfortunately.

50cl bottle. Pours clear dark golden colour with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of spicy bitter hops, toasted malt, caramel. Taste of toasted malt, caramel, spicy hops, long bitter finish.
