330ml Bottle - Black in colour. Liquorice, roasted malt, cocoa and a hint of vanilla in the aroma. Liquorice, plain chocolate, coffee and some faint metallic notes in the taste.

Bottled 33 cl, recently. Backlog.Black color, light brown head. Roasted, chocolate, malty scent and taste. Roasted aftertaste. Full mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Really nice and highly drinkable, though the roated notes might impair the speed of drinking, perhaps slow it down to sipping? Also notes of coffe, and some small hints of liquorice.

Tap@Taproom Malmö, Sweden (13/08/2016 Colin visit Day2) - golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is a mix of tropical and citrus fruits, medium pale malts, some light caramel, grapefruit, peachy, lemon, refreshing, hoppy bitter finish.

Backlog. Tap at Haket. Hazy yellow with white, creamy head. Big, tropical aroma with mango, lychee, grapefruit. Similar taste. Slightly bitter hops and light caramel. Just a tad of onion which I don’t particularly like. Nice overall!

Flaska från SB. Lätt disig gyllengul vätska med medelhögt vitt fluffigt skum. Doft av hö, torkade örter, ljust bröd, deg. Lätt fruktig, hö, örter, gräs, maskrosblad, säd. Lätt sälta. Relativt besk för stilen annars stiltypisk. Trevlig.

Flaska från SB. Ljusgul, disig med en smutsig ton högt skum som långsamt lägger sig. Doft av tallskott och lite citruszest. Lätt kropp, ganska hårt humlad vilket ger torr och aningen obalanserad smakbild med en ganska jordig eftersmak. Lite rå och kantig och väl jordig men ändå ok.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy and crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity, crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity. Crisp hoppy and fruity finish.

On tap at Taproom Malmö. (my first one from this brewery) Hazy golden with a white head. Fresh and hoppy with grapefruit, light mango and some hay. Soft and easy to drink with a light body.

Bottle from my EuroSanta Nisse666, many thanks! Semi-cloudy yellow color with big white head. Aroma is doughy, grassy, herbal hops, some lemon zest. Reminds of a Wit and has some Belgian Blonde feeling to it. Taste is doughy, more herbal hops, grassy, a delicate fruitiness, but also some sweetness and a semi-dry slightly spicy finish. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. I don’t get what’s so Kölsch about this, but it’s pretty good!
