33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy, smooth fruity and mellow peachy. Smooth fruity and crisp hoppy into a medium dry finish. Smooth fruity and crisp hoppy finish.

12/05/2012 La Tana (tap). Ambrata carica, riflessi color miele di castagno, lievemente torbida, schiuma bianco sporca abbondante e persistente. Al naso intenso aroma di luppolo, pungente, non freschissima, note agrumate. In bocca è amara decisa, anche qui non dà la sensazione di freschezza che ci si potrebbe aspettare. Corpo medio-basso, carbonazione abbondante. Abbastanza deludente.

Huge, towering light-yellowish head over veiled golden-yellow beer. Lemony, citrus, wheat, and I seem to get coriander. Bit of banana. Taste again lemony, coriander (thankfully not overpowering) and wheat. Quite refreshing, very spritzy. In it’s style (Be wit to me) it shows restraint, which is not often found with microbrewer tries.

A deep dark stout with a thick brown head. In aroma, lightly tingly chocolate, grassy notes, a bit of soy and dark plums. In mouth, a smooth licorice chocolate, very sweet, with molasses, light woody notes, sweet espresso, not bad, but not grand. Bieropholie import, BB August 2011.

Bottle at So in Firenze. Very hoppy for an amber style beer, with yeast in the bottle, always a good sign. Good enough for me to want to try more from this brewery.

Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty, fruity, moderate ýeasty, light redwine - grape. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, alcohol warm, burnt fruit, overriped fruit notes, red - blue grapes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcohlic. [20110610]
