Bottle, 5.2%. Tiny hint of butter in the nose. Hazy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is grassy, slightly rough with a hint of yeast. Medium bitterness, the grass seems to come from the hops.

25 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a fizzy white head. Small yeast floaties. Cardboardish and caramel malty aroma. Flavour is dry malty with a light mix of caramel and cardboard. Light yeasty metallic touch before the finish. Ends bitter and slight caramel malty, yet with a persisting yeasty metallic note.

Bottled (BB 09/2008)
Hazy pale yellow color, lots of floating yeast, mostly vanishing white head. Cardboardish, wheaty and grainy nose. Wheaty, grassy, a bit banana-like flavor. Not very enjoyable, too grainy and papery. I don’t think that this is really "pale lager".
