Flaska från SB. Mahognyfärgad klar vätska med smuttsvit krämig skumpuck. Doft av knäck, karamell, läder, mjuk kaka, pomeransmarmelad. BW-kvalitéer motiverar hög alkoholhalt. Djupa smakbild och väl integrerad alkohol. Mörkt socker, honung, torkad frukt, marmelad och fudge. Gott.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Brownish color, sweet aroma. Not that malty in the taste like you'd expect from a winter ale.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy copper colour, rich coarse head. Aroma of red berries and banana candy. Mid sweet with surprisingly light body and clean mouthfeel. Cherry blossom and bread, notes of raisins. Peppery finish with light-medium bitterness. Surprisingly light malt character. I guess winters in Mississippi aren't the coldest around.

Bottle. Tastes like a mix of a buttery, chewy double bock and a whimsical belgian saison. A lot of fun and a good sipper!
