Pecan, chocolate caramel malt and fresh hay aroma. Cloudy dark brown with small light brown head. Moderately sweet pecan, caramel malt, and mildly bitter fresh hay and alcohol flavor. Body light for the style. Nice flavor but very light for a quad.

Single from Whole Paycheck. Stemless wine glass @home. Low volume, very little head(but wispy). Cola, somewhat see through, dark color. Smokey, rich, maybe sweet like plantains, leafy, interesting. Some dark unsweetened fruit upfront, deep, subtle acidity, less than lemon, no tang. Mellows down into a rich, oxidized, toffee. Lingering malt & dried raisins. Not really sweet though. Somewhat thin, low carbonation, boozy after a while. The slight acidity is really perfect. Solid.

330ml bottle @ blackhaddock's beer cave. Pours a clear gold, small white head. Nice gentle canteloupe style sweetness on the nose and to taste, soft carbonation, very easy drinking. Decent.

9th March 2022. Mini-tasting with minutemat at my place. 355ml bottle from Tanner (rennat42), helping me reach my goal of all 51 States, this is number 49. Pale golden body, short lived white head. Not a lot going on aroma or taste wise really, all a bit bland. A little sweet maltiness in there, light citrus leanings, but a let down, good job it's got Mississippi out the way!

Bottle. A- Straw, stale dishwater. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Straw, slightly skunky. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Meh. There was perhaps a skunky flavor from the hops rather than a light citrus rind bitterness I was hoping for. Really quite unimpressive.
