Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.
Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.
Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a clear bronze color with a larger than average white head and great retention. Spotty lacing. Faint pale malt aroma. The taste is a mix of pale malt, light caramel malt, and some hops. A little acidic finish. I liked it a little more as I got used to it, yet not really the lager flavor I'm looking for. Medium body. High carbonation. Light bitterness. What is a winter lager anyway?

On draught at Bob's Bar during the "23rd Annual Extravaganza!!!" on 02/22/2025. Clear pale golden pour with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with a mildly dank hoppy character and notes of grapefruit and roast malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Stovepipe can. Pours a mostly clear copper color with a medium white head that has fair retention. The aroma is medium in strength with mixed citrus and pine. The taste is pine grapefruit and guava. The palate is full and crisp with prickly carbonation. Finishes long and bittersweet with lingering bitter pine. overall: Decent one of my favorite APA's.

Draft at Sugar Maple in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The pour is a clear brown copper with a small khaki head. The aroma is soft roast, along with nut. The taste is a dry roast malt, toast, earth, and a touch of the nut with very low sweetness. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and dry finish. Well made, nice.

From tap at Barcade, New York. Aroma is grapefruit and mild piney hop with malt, some caramel, and soft pine resin. Not that fruity! Light sweet, medium bitter. Body is medium. More old skool than I thought it would be, expected a bit more.

Aromas are malt, cut grass, mineral, toffee and a little spice. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, not as complex and bittersweet. Full-bodied and good carbonation. Finish follows flavors. Good but nothing special.
