Draft at Eight Days a Week Cool Muang, Chiang Mai. Poured a hazy dark golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is coconut and lime. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, juicy lime, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Can’t decide if this is Sabro / Talus or adjuncts.

The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, somewhat light malty, earthy, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Not the West Coast IPA I was expecting.

Draft at Eight Days a Week Cool Muang, Chiang Mai. Poured an unclear dark amber colour with a big initial frothy white head. The aroma is fruity, light toffee. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, tropical citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. They struggled to pour this and the beer was not at its best.
