Bottle. There’s a little hazyness in this one, it’s golden in color and with a white head leaving lacings. The aroma has a touch of sourness, with pale malts and a good dose of hay. Quite fruity too. Slightly sourish flavor, with pale malts, some notes of caramel, fruity hops and a touch of bitterness too. Sour, fruity finish with hay, grassy hops and grains. Sure, it’s drinkable, but it’s not the way I’d formulate my recipe. Drank cold on a hot day when mowing the lawn wouldn’t be all wrong though. 101016

Aroma is moderate malty, hay, grain, toasted, sour malt, light hoppy, light to moderate yeasty, earth. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Bottle, 4.9%. Dusty and slightly citric aroma. A bit of cooked vegetable, but not so bad. Hazy pale yellow colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour has a lot of cooked vegetable. Strangely spicy. More interesting, than goood.
