Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. A clear, amber beer with a finger-thick off-white head. Butter, cellar and some fruits in the aroma. Sourish and grainy. The flavor is pretty much the same, with emphasis on sourness and cellar. Pale malts and some fruityness chimes in, but can save this one. Medium body. An awful one, couldn’t finish my sample. 100813

Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. A quite clear, considering the style, beer with a decent white head. Yellow-orange body. Grainy nose with some orange and a spiced, hoppy touch. Grainy flavor, slightly citrusy, with some spiced notes and banana. Slightly sourish. Medium body, rather flat for a weizen. Some bitterness in the end. Definately not a nice weizen. 100813

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, and eggs. The flavor is sweet with notes of grass, wet hay, and minerals, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a white head. Odd soapy nose - not very clean. Medium body, sweet malts and some flowery hops leaving a solid bitterness. Also some odd soapy notes in the flavour. 250610
