From tap at thew brewpub. Unclear yellow golden color with white to off white head. Light malty and light hoppy aroma, grain, grass, citrusy fruity, some spicy notes. Light sweet and light bitter taste. Light to medium thin to oily body with soft carbonation.

On tap at Triple Rock. It pours a very clear golden color with an off white head. The aroma has lots of blueberry and tropical fruit. Hints of flowers. The flavor is tropical with blueberry, a little dank and earthy. Light hints of caramel and toasted malt. Very light bodied. Solid earthy/piney bitterness. Pretty good. Mosaic dominated.

On tap at Triple Rock. It pours a brown color with a khaki head. The aroma has a little coffee, roasted malt, some plum and orchard fruit. The flavor has some coffee, a little raisin bread, fruit and soil. A very weird concept. The Witbier character doesn’t really come through much.

On tap at Triple Rock. It pours a clear pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma is a bit herbal and earthy. Like fresh soil with maybe some onion and citrus. Not really what I was expecting from this hop. The flavor is floral and earthy with a little pepper and citrus. Low bitterness. Light pale malts with a hint of sweetness. Ok. A little disappointed with this hop.

On tap at Triple Rock. It pours a clear golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma has very faint maltiness and earthy hops. The flavor has a little menthol and smooth pale maltiness. Low carbonation for the style. A bit of a flabby mouth feel. Light bitterness. Just ok.

On tap at Triple Rock. It pours a clear, light pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma has bright citrus with background tropical fruit and florals. Very nice. The flavor has solid floral and citrus with some pear and white grape. Light floral bitterness. It shows a little bit of sweetness in the finish, but very light maltiness. Pretty nice. Great hop character, but the carbonation was a little low which hurt the mouth feel a bit.

On tap at Triple Rock. It pours a hazy reddish color with a creamy eggshell colored head. The aroma has some bubble gum, banana and light clove. Pretty authentic German character. The flavor has lots of bubble gum. A little on the sweet side with light banana and c love. Protein rich body, but still kinda light on the palate. Low carbonation. Very low neutral bitterness. Hints of berries in the finish. Not bad.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a clear amber brown color with a light khaki head. The aroma has coffee and toasted malt. Pretty pleasant. The flavor is clean with equal parts coffee and toasted malt with a hint of blackberry. Not a lot of sweetness. Dry, toasted, coffee-like finish. Nice.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a pale yellow color with an off white head. The aroma has tangerine, grapefruit and hints of lime. It definitely delivers on the citrus, but not real potent. The flavor has some spicy/earthy notes with light hints of vegetables. A little dank citrus. Hints of cardboard in the finish. Low to medium spicy bitterness. A bit unpleasant, but not terrible.

On tap at the brewery. The brewer says this is an homage to the cloudy east coast IPA’s. Surprisingly it pours a pretty clear yellow gold color. Not cloudy in the slightest. The aroma is very dank. Mostly dank pot with balancing notes of citrus. The flavor also has strong notes of dank pot up front with some melon notes. Soft on the palate. Low bitterness, but it has a weird doughy yeast thing going on in the finish. The hops are a bit on the weak side as well. Low carbonation.
