Black with a tan head that left good lacing. Strong chocolate and marshmallow with a light graham cracker note and fairly strong booziness. Long finish. Full bodied.

Skinny 12oz can pours with a nice deep dark colored body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up jammy fruity esters heading into spicy cinnamon and then a bit of oak. The taste delivers plum and red apple and a bit of date like fruitiness rolling toward spicy holiday trimmings of cinnamon, clove and allspice. Another sip reveals a modest degree of dark roasted malts and dark chocolate. This comes across as a pretty fun winter holiday sipper that will benefit from the spices being dialed back a bit.

Keg at Dairlyland Brew Pub, 12/18/21. Hazy amber, thin creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of tangerine, melon. Taste is melon, dank, tangerine, lime. Juicy. Nice.

Pours murky dark purple into a tulip. Purple-magenta head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Strawberry, blackberry and lime aromas. Thick with sweet strawberry and blackberry upfront turning to a quick bitter seed before turning to tart lime peel and pith in the lasting finish. Becomes a cloying in volume.

Both aromas and flavors have a nice natural blend of slightly more sweet than tart with the barest hint of salt in the finish. I'd put this beer in the american-style of gose as opposed to the traditional German - more body, more alcohol and sweeter. Still tasty stuff.

First opened the can and got a huge blast of cinnamon and Nutmeg. In the glass you get some peach but the qualities don't go well together. Also some floral. Mostly sweet barely tart. Kind of reminds me of old ladies soap. Not a fan. Drain pour.

The aroma is are mainly pineapple with a touch of plum. Flavors are like nose, more sweet than tart with perhaps just a hint of salt in the finish. Some puree there, so full body. Pretty good but not great.
