And locally brewed Impy Stout seems fitting for my final beer in Oulu this holiday. Dark and glossy. Foamy beige head is rather thin. Aroma has espresso and liqourice with a gravy element. Flavourwise it has mocha and espresso before liqourice kicks in. Berry edge. More obvious into the finish were hints of sweetness also appear. Thick. Creamy. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Yummer.

Light-medium sour and peppery start followed by sweet caramel and doughy malts. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice.

Underlying yeast. Light. Thin. Slightly chalky. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Typical Wit, pleasent enough but a tad dull.
