Hazy orange color, small white head. Sour aroma with evindent heather in the nose. Light bodied. Vegetables, heather, citrus, some sourness. Hints of smoke in the aftertaste. Kind of refreshing, but way too personal to drink in quantities :)

Handbottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is very heather, herbs, some vegetables, yeast and some mild toasted notes along with some caramel. Flavour is toasted, mild wet smoked wood, some heather, herbs and also slight rubbery notes. A very strange and different brew.

Handbottled. Hazy nutbrownish amber colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is citrusy and some tropical fruity notes. Flavour is liquorice, spices and grassy and nice. Very bitter.

Aroma is sweet with strawberries, some fruity hops and hints of licorice. Flavour has licorice, strawberries and sweet malt. Hops kick in at the finish, warming alcohol in the aftertaste. Reminds me of Silly Scotch. Somehow the sweetness in this does not disturb me like it usually does, maybe it is the balancing hops. A dessert to be enjoyed in small amounts.

Rather strong and weird aroma with some bread yeast, hops and lots of hot wings sauce. Sourish flavour has also lots of hot wings sauce, vinegar, hints of yeast and jalapeno. Tart finish. Smooth palate, low on CO2, but not too low. Very weird and really unique.

Less messy now, but the hot vwings sauce is still clearly present. There is less vinegar now but one can observe it still. Rather dry finish. 2.7 now, I’d say.

Very light aroma with some grain and bread yeast. Flavour has vegetable-like chili, which kind of reminds me of jalapeno. Some hints of grain and yeast too. Like kotikalja with jalapenos. The cumulative burning feeling is nice though.

Draught@Chilifestival, Tampere. Hazy orangeish brown colour with a mediumsized foamy beige head that leaves some lace. Flavour is slight chili, some malts and mild grain and rather much baking yeasty notes.

Draught@Gastropub Nordic, Tampere. Very fresh, so still some haze, will probably be clear after the tank has been in it’s place for a while. Hazy amber colour, mediumsized beige creamy head that leaves some quite extreme lace. Aroma is mildly hoppy, quite caramelly with a nice chocolaty undertone to it. Flavour is fruity, wooden, a bit caramelly as well as some mild chocolate and toasted notes.

Draught @ Kuninkaankartanon Panimo, Mustialantie 105, Mustiala, Finland.Unclear dark brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, dusty, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malty, roasted, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100701]
