Bottle. It pours a clear, copper colored body and a small, light beige head. The aroma has a lightly roasted or burnt touch, with dried fruits, caramel hints and a hint of fresh fruits. It’s dry and full-bodied on the palate, with dried fruits, caramel and some pleasant bitterness. A quite pleasant one, tasteful and quenching. 111105

Bottle, 7.5%. Slightly sweet aroma, a bit of soy. Very dark brown colour, seems clear. Semi-stable light brown head. The flavour starts off rather clean, then comes a little alcohol and brown sugar. Not very sweet, though. Hint of dark bread also.
