Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, molasses, caramel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, toasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Bottle. It’s a clear, dark amber beer topped by a small beige head leaving lacings. Slightly sourish on the nose, with diacetyl and semi-dark malts. The flavor is pretty much the same, with a little bitterness joining in towards the end. Medium body. Definately not my beer, suspect it’s slightly infected as well. 100522
