“Meusel-Bräu Kellertrunk“, Flasche (50 cl) aus dem Brauereiverkauf. - Kupfergold, schwach trüb. - Antrunk etwas rauh getreidig, leicht nussig. Milder rezent (aber nicht “ungespundet“), schlank, trocken. Blasse Hopfenherbe mit etwas Pampelmuse, sonst wenig aromatisch. Zart metallisch, etwas säuerlich. Auch im Abgang ausreichend hopfenherb aber nicht sonderlich aromatisch. - Blaß hopfenaromatisches, etwas dünnes Kellerbier. Da gibt es bessere.

"Meusel-Bräu Kupferstich", "Rotbier", Flasche (50 cl) von der Brauerei. - Satt goldbraun, weder rot noch dunkel, leicht trüb. - In der Nase warmes Toastmalz mit Karamelsüße, voller Fruchtnote (Aprikose, etwas Wein) und dezenter Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk satt karamelmalzig mit weinig-fruchtiger Note (überreife Aprikose), ein wenig Nuß und milder kräuteriger Herbe. Beträchtliche Restsüße mit Anklängen an Honig, die aber in Malz und Frucht eingebunden bleibt. Milder rezent, vollmundig, zart trocken. Im Abgang recht kernige malzige Herbe - hier schmeckt man das „Extra an Melanoidinmalz“ (Etikett). Hopfen ist eher knapp vertreten. Zart ranziger Abgang. - Sehr aromatisches Rotbier, malzbetont und eher dezent gehopft.

Fruchtig in der Nase, optisch nichts auszusetzen. Im Trunk cremig, butterig, Malz, hinten wässrig, aber noch okay. Das passt.

500ml bottle. Clear (clear!), brass to orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Overall rather weak, mainly strawy, slightly wheaty aroma, a fruity banana touch consists of a mixture of unripe and dried banana flavours, some apricot, cautious, minimally spicy, yeasty doughy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish malty, fruity, slightly wheaty, minimally strawy, hints of orange, clove, dried banana, some mandarine, a cautious doughy yeasty touch. Quite unique interpretation of the style - not even kin to Weihenstephaner Kristallweizenbock.

Optisch schönes dunkles Kupfer, stabiler Cremeschaum. In der Nase Karamellmalz. Im Trunk sehr malzig, kernig, sehr süffig, mittig nochmal schön Malz, im Abgang nur ganz leicht bitter. Feines Kastenbier.

Getreidiger Geruch. Mild würzig-malziger Antrunk, trocken getreidig, fast keine Karbonisierung. Die Getreidenoten nehmen zu, mild hellmalzig, zum Ende auch leicht bitter. Süffiges Sommergetränk, ohne dass die Sonne einem im Biergarten auf den Kopf scheint mittelmaß. 9/8/9/9/9/9

Helles Gold, stabiler Schaum, saubere Sperling. In der Nase süß malzig. Im Trunk sehr süß, leicht Malz, hinten schwach bitter. Für ein Alkoholfreies sehr bekömmlich. Bassd scho :-)

Bottle at the brewery. Dark brown cola coloured. Lasting beige head. Good dark malts some bread some nuttiness some dark fruits like date and prune. Fullish in mouth. Dead fresh . Lovely malts in fact. I like this a lot cos of the freshness. Straight off the bottling line. Good beer.

Bottle at the brewery. Clear gold lasting cream head. Smoother than the Maibock more cereal hay grassy flavour. Some sweetness some abv. Some hop on the end. Not as sweet as the maibock. Not as hoppy either but easier drinking.
