Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, bread, light to moderate hoppy, hazelnuts shell notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081014]

Draught: Poured a hazy yellow with a nice thick creamy white head. The aroma is yeasty with banana. The taste was smooth but slightly bitter with banana and clove.

Süßlicher Antrunk, erst spät kommt die typische getreidige Bitterkeit zum Vorschein, sie wurde hier erträglich gehalten und macht das Bier so genießbar. Minimal hopfig, zum Ende hin wässrig, trocken. Für ein Alkoholfreies in Ordnung. Test vom 8.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,6,7,6,7,6 - 6,30

Draught: Poured a clear golden color with a thin white head. The aroma was sweet with a grassy harvest smell. The taste was quite nice with a grain and hoppiness.

300ml von Fass at a pizza place in Trier. Clear, straw body. Low-level foam. Grassy aroma with lemon notes. Citric taste with notes of hops. Dry ending. Lively carbonated and moderate palate (not as thin bodied as the Norwegian pilsener) (12.09.2007).

Draught at Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. Cloudy orange, rich creamy head. Fruity, estery aroma with raspberies and bubblegum. Fairly sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Less banana than bubblegum and cloves. Good weizen!

Draught at Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. Clear pale golden, dense firm head. Dry and grassy with some herbal spices. Medium bodied with dense mouthfeel. Long very bitter finish. A straight forward thirst quenching pilsener of good quality.

(bottle) Pale golden coloured with a foamy white medium head, leaving some lace. Slightly sweet malty, slightly bready aroma with grassy hops. Bitter flavour, medium to light body; dry malty and hoppy taste; bitter and grassy finish with a touch of metal. Quite average.
