Draught: Poured a clear golden color with a thin white head. The aroma was sweet with a grassy harvest smell. The taste was quite nice with a grain and hoppiness.

300ml von Fass at a pizza place in Trier. Clear, straw body. Low-level foam. Grassy aroma with lemon notes. Citric taste with notes of hops. Dry ending. Lively carbonated and moderate palate (not as thin bodied as the Norwegian pilsener) (12.09.2007).

Draught at Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. Cloudy orange, rich creamy head. Fruity, estery aroma with raspberies and bubblegum. Fairly sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Less banana than bubblegum and cloves. Good weizen!

Draught at Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. Clear pale golden, dense firm head. Dry and grassy with some herbal spices. Medium bodied with dense mouthfeel. Long very bitter finish. A straight forward thirst quenching pilsener of good quality.

(bottle) Pale golden coloured with a foamy white medium head, leaving some lace. Slightly sweet malty, slightly bready aroma with grassy hops. Bitter flavour, medium to light body; dry malty and hoppy taste; bitter and grassy finish with a touch of metal. Quite average.

(bottle) Slightly hazy pale golden colour with a short but stable white foam. Yeasty and slightly honeyish malty aroma with citrus and shy hints of hops. Light bitter flavour, light to medium body, smooth carbonation. Dry malty taste with notes of honey; dry and yeasty finish with a rather sharp and unpleasant bitterness.

(Bottle) Brown-ish yellow, muddy colour. The head looked nice. Refreshing yeast fruity aroma. Somewhat sourish flavour with notes of yeast and citrus. A bit thin.
