Bottle. As Moosbacher Schwarze Weisse. 5.0%. Cloudy brown color with a big stable beige head. Aroma of fruity esters, bubblegum, taffy, marshmallow hints, slightly toasted bread and some spiciness - pretty big on the phenols. Sweet malty flavor with wheat, caramel, fruits, a bit of toffee, refreshing light citric tartness and some yeast. Medium-bodied. Really refreshing. Drinking this before breakfast and enjoying every sip.

Bottle. Clear fizzy golden with no head. Aroma of grass, hay and butter. Sweetish bready malt flavor with a dry bitter grassy and slightly herbal hops finish and hints of diacetyl. Light to medium-bodied, but pretty smooth on the palate. Nothing great, but quite refreshing.

Re-rate 5/19/11: Bottle sample at a blind Hefeweizens tasting. Cloudy orange with a big bubbly white head. Aroma of a bit of spices and sour fruits. Sourish fruity flavor with some citrus and wheat. Medium-bodied. My 6th place of the tasting. 5/3/7/3/13=3.1
Bottle. Surprisingly almost clear golden with a medium white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of citrus, clove and some more esters. Sweet and slightly acidic flavor with some bready notes and fruits. Light-medium body. Quite refreshing.
