clear brown, almost no head (what is, is smooth, white) toffee and caramel in the aroma, faint hoppy flavor. flavor is bitter, caramelly, faint hoppy, faint roasted stuff, very well balanced, but with a tilt towards bitter and dark caramelly. nice.

Handbottled. A deep red beer with a thin lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, butter, and straw, leading to bitter finish. Thanks a lot Papsoe for bringing it home.

Handbottled. A dark golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of Perle hops, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and Perle hops, leading to a refined hoppy finish. Huge thanks Papsoe for bringing it home.

handbottled. orange, small white head. nice spicy and flowery aroma. some malt base. flavor is hoppy, flowery, very nice hop profile, nice bitter ending. not that much of a malty base though. still, quenching and tasting good.

cloudy ligt yellow, smooth white head. bittersweet aroma, faint banana, faint bitter fruit. not nice. flavor is okay, like a cheap spanish weissbier, but not the very cheapest. palate is quite watery and thin.

On tap. Pours a cloudy and completely opaque yellow with a white head. The nose has lots of yeast and some citrus. Fairly light in body, again plenty of yeastiness and citrus while the coriander and ginger is fairly downplayed. The finish is dry and lightly phenollic. A fairly classic and easygoing Wit. 070710

On tap. Pours a clear orangey brown with a beige head. Fairly hard roasted malt in the nose - and chocolate. Medium body, fairly solid hard roasted malt and again chocolate notes. Dry and fairly bitter finish - some of which clearly derives from the malt. A very dry Dunkel - bordering a Schwarzbier. 070710
