Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear very light champagne color without head. Aroma is sweet, cooked rice, yeasty and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with heavy alcohol. 280613

bottle at jans ... light yellow ... little rought alcohol nose... big rough alcohol front ... long soft pineapple finish ... too rough but i like the pineapple finish... it it wasnt so rough to start id like this

Tasting at Jam. Great fruit and spice nose, lots of sweet citrus. Clear, looking like water. Very spicy flavor, lemon, spice, light and lean. Very good.

Bottled@SBWF2012. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is nice vintage notes with some mild sweet rice, earth, herbs and toffee. Flavour is floral, quite \"buttery\" with mild bitter and wooden notes as well.

Rocked a 750ml bottle with pizza on Friday night. Mine says 17.9% alcohol. Anyways pours straw yellow with light nose of grapefruit and rice. Tastes of melon, grapefruit, rice, booze, wet wood, and slightly herbal. Decent.

Bottled@SBWF2011 (my notes say 17.9 % ABV). Very pale yellow colour. Aroma is mild lactic notes along with rice, some wooden sourness and mild alcohol. Flavour is slightly sour wood, mild alcohol, some lactic notes as well as mild vegetables. According to the guy at the stand this is spontaneously fermented (like a lambic). Very pleasant.
