On tap. Pours a cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Tart and lightly spicy nose. Light-bodied, very dry with hardly any malt sweetness. The elderflower is fairly distinct however. Some lactic acid. The finish is dry but not bitter as such. 270712

Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Caramel malty aroma with spicy-herbal yeasty notes. Dry and tart caramel and dried fruit flavour with some dark bready notes. Shame that it’s supposed to be a doppelbock, as I kinda like the infections.

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It pours an almost clear body, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. Lightly citric and dusty on the nose, mostly fruity. It’s medium to thin on the palate, dry and lightly acidic, and with flavors of pale malts, generic fruityness and some resin and bitterness. Some bitterness in the else fruity finish. A rather boring one, but I like the peachy, fruity touch. 120224

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head - not looking like a pilsener. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of wet hay, minerals, and a bit of malt, leading to a dry finish. The body is thin.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Sweet malty nose with some flowery hops. Medium body, some malt and then a tartness that grows the further you dig in. But the flowery hops prevail. 260112

On tap. Pours a beautiful, clear deep amber with a small off-white head. Fat buttery aroma. Quite full-bodied, lots of caramel and a little roast with a solid hopping - an extremely dusty hopping - leaving a fairly bitter finish. Too bad about the buttery nose, otherwise a decent beer. 091111
