Bottle. Pours a clear, copper body with a really nice off-white head on top. The aroma is a bit strange, but sure not bad, with pear, maltyness and dust, lacking on the hops, considering it’s an IPA. The flavor continues down the same strange track that the aroma paved out, but the hops are present here. Not as present as they should though. Chalky, medium body, and a long, dusty and malty finish. Drinkable indeed, strange indeed, and cheap on the hops. (071123)

Bottled. A copper colered beer with a bubbly orange-tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of nuts, caramel, toffee, bisquites, and some hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, citrus, and hops with a slight underlying acidity, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish.

RB genuine rating # 2500 in 2007: 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy deep orange with a little white head. Deep berry fruity aroma, smells sweet. Flavour starts sweet. Fruity flavour with a solid malt tone leading into the finish. Finish holds a nice malty flavour with a very soft liqourice like note. Nice brew.

Bottle: Dark amber coloured, mid-sized lacing head, robust fruity nose (dried black berries) with a tinge of molasses and a good dash of aromatic hops; solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium-bodied; slightly sourish bitter-malty and fruity finish. A good experience..........

Bottled (thanks Papsoe). Deep amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is toffee, a lot of fruits and quite much flowery notes. Flavour is fruits, sweet brown sugar, cookies and some smild roasted notes. Biting hoppyness. Still drinkable and refreshing.

Bottled (BB 12/2007)
Red-nutty dark color, medium-sized beige head. Fruity, candy sugary nose. Medium-bodied, fizzy carbonation. Alcohol, cream liquer, hoppy finish. Fruity flavors (apricot, plums). RB says this is IPA, but more like Belgium Strong Ale.

Bottle. Dark golden body, a bit hazy, with a beige head. There’s a little sourness in the aroma, but it is mostly sweet and roasted. The same goes for the flavor, but there’s some fruityness in it as well. Medium body. The bottle was not past BB-date, so I was wondering if it was a bit off, but it was quite nice. (070914)
