Bottle. Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, moderate spicy / herbs - mint and sage. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (150408)

Sample at Aarhus beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich with licorice. Also has some roast malt and chocolate.

Århus2008. 50 cL bottle, german yeast version. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is mildly spiced and wheaty. Flavour is mild mynthe with a light citrusy/orange peel note. Light spiced finish. Nice, yet I would have guessed this to be the Belgian version though.

So called German version was still quite unGerman yet not so much wit-like as the Belgian version. Still slight spiced and without much estery fruit flavours.

Århus2008. From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a lacing tan head. Roasted malt and slight coffee aroma. Flavour is roasted malt: light roasted malt and mild chocolate towards coffee notes. Ends medium dry and light acidic.

Druaght at Aarhus festival. Hefe-version. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty heavy yeasty nice hefe-aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average nice bitter finish. Oily palate. OK hefe. Witt version Bottle. 4.0 ABV: 7-3-7-3-14: 3.4 Fantastic summer beer, light but powerfull. Loads of citrus/grape notes. Great finish. One of a kind in Denmark.
