Cloudy golden with decent white head. Aroma: white bread, banana, overripe apples, moderate clove. Medium minus body. Lively carbonation. Taste: light sweet, bready. Banana, apples, a spicy hint. Low to light bitterness. Decent weizen.

Pale colour, frothy head that stays for a while, fair lacing. Aroma is noble hops and malt. Light bitterness. Medium carbonation, light body. Could be more bitter. Decent.

Aroma has roasted malt. Roasted malt returns in the taste. Thin-tasting beer with a bitter finish. Thick long-lasting head. Not bad, but Köstritzer is much better!

Tap, somewhere in Hahnenklee. Soft flowery and soapy aroma. Firm flowery and grassy hopbitter flavor. Fairly short aftertaste. Not bad for a pilsener.

Can 500 ml. Blackish-brown color, good creamy foam. Aroma and taste: caramel, roasted, malty, sweet, drinkable, but nothing special.

16oz can. Filtered orange body. Foamy white head. Pretty standard Euro-lager feel. Inoffensive, but not that impressive either. Preferable session beer to most. Weak hop non-bite. Mild doughy tone, pleasant european malt tone somewhere deep down. OK for the lager starved.

16oz can from Crescent Liquor, Bowie. Brown-black body. Respectable enough steady beige head. Rather straightforward dark lager, medium bodied, mellow brown chocolate tones, caramel. A little bit sugary, but that is suitable for the style. A pinch this as well, more of a cheap street drinking beer than a luscious deep example of the style, but sill a whole lot more refreshing than most US examples. OK.
