0,3l tap at brewery taproom. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells fruity, passion fruit, mango spices, grassy. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, mango, tobacco, leathery, peppery, bit herbal. finishes lightly light to medium sour with notes of mango, leathery and earthy notes. I would call it a "traditional inspiration of a NEIPA", easy drinking, not overly complex, gets the job done, hmm, gets a bit unpleasant when warmer.

Pours black with a light and lasting tan head. Aroma: earthy hops, dried fruits and some citrus. Taste: earthy and ashy. Roasted malty palate.

Pours clear golden with a diminishing white head. Aroma: grapefruit, bready malts, carbonara and oramge peel. Taste: grapefruit and orange zest. Medium bitterness.

Small whitish cover over lively carbonated golden beer. Coriander, sparandrap, mint and utterly dry " 'white' " cardamome. Pharmaceutical smell. Cardamome, gingerbread, again quite pharmaceutical, if sweet flavour. Medium bodied, very slick, medium carbonation. Long lasting flavours. Overspiced - and whence the moniker 'tripel'? Txs to Stef!
