Znow udana IPA ze slowackiego brewpubu. Tym razem po wersji Summer (delikatniejszej) czas na wersje Winter i to w zimie testowana. Jest sporo piany lecz opada szybko pozostaje jej jako wspomnienie na szkle, jasna barwa lekko mglista, pachnie olejkami do wypieku ciasta. W smaku chmielna zdecydowanie goryczkowe profile. Przyjemne i pijalne nie tylko zima, ale i zwlaszcza latem.

Kapitalna jest ta desitka, tyle chmielu co trawy na boisku sportowym. Pachnie chmielami, citra, amarilla, po prostu chmielne, swieze, lekkie, bardzo pijalne, do dorsza w sam raz, codzienne letnie piwo. Lekko mgliste jasna zlocista barwa, zywiczne i sosnowe w aromacie.

Tap at brewpub. Dark brown color with thick off-white head. Aroma of citrus hops, roasted malt. Taste, starts with roasted malt, coffee, followed by nice citrus hoppy kick. Long hoppy and coffee bitter finish. Tasty.

Shared @ Koelschtrinker's tasting 08.2018. Smooth and malty beginning. Easy to drink, hints of sourness. Not much malt there, no bitterness. Very dry with hints of the Stout typical sourness. Plain in the aftertaste, not much aroma there, dry caramelly grain with not too much bitterness. Dry chocolate and liquorice, but very subtle hidden.
